 FREE SHIPPING on all orders
of $150 or more via ground delivery to any location in the continental
United States.
(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and

shipping quote.) Certain heavy or large items require additional freight.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, or Purchase Order. |

Shipping: |
Most orders
are shipped from the manufacturer directly to our customer. There is a
shipping and handling charge added to the invoice to cover shipping and
handling charges from the manufacturer. |

Delivery Times: |
The average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks. Delivery time will vary according
to the availability of the particular item, the time of year, the location
of the manufacturer and the location of the purchaser. |

Receiving Shipments: |
The customer must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If you are
not satisfied with the condition of the shipment, note it on the bill of
lading before the freight carrier leaves or refuse the shipment. If there is
damage, keep the original box and packaging. Report the damage to the
freight carrier and to KinderMark
within one week of receipt of the product. |

Returns: |
KinderMark must authorize all returns. Returns will
be accepted within 60 days of receipt of goods. There is a 10% restocking
charge. The customer pays return freight. |

Warranties: |
All toys and furnishings sold by KinderMark are guaranteed
for repair or replacement by the manufacturers against defects in material
or labor. The period of warranty varies according to the particular items.

Installation and Assembly: |
All products are easy to assemble and install. Most are partially or fully
pre-assembled. Instructions and hardware are included with all products. |
